| The Pennsylvania Student Equality Coalition is now seeking candidates for a Philadelphia Coordinator. This youth staff position will be the coalition’s lead organizer in the city. The coordinator will work with member organizations, the City government, and community stakeholders to advance the welfare of LGBTQ youth across Philadelphia. Along with the Pittsburgh Coordinator and Executive Director, this position will be part of the executive staff. The Philadelphia Coordinator is currently an unpaid position but will provide stipends for transportation as the organization is able. The TIP Co-Coordinator is responsible for co-coordinating the TIP program, including, but not limited to providing HIV risk-reduction
services to HIV+ and HIV-negative transgender, gender non-conforming, and gender variant (trans*) individuals. The Co-Coordinator is responsible for ensuring program deliverables are met, including recruitment, counseling, and referrals. The Co-Coordinator works as part of a team to oversee coordination and implementation of social justice services for trans* communities.

The position will primarily offer assistance to individuals accessing medical care in the Hershey area and residing the Hershey/Harrisburg/Lebanon area.
